Shipping Policy:
In India, shipping is totally free but cash on delivery Charges Extra. Currently we only offer delivery of products in India. Delivery outside India is not available.
We dispatch all parcels using a predefined courier according to your order and location to offer you fast and reliable delivery service. With this service, your parcel will be delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatched from our warehouse.
Customers will get an email regarding the shipment of an order within 24 to 48 hours after shipping; it contains the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery. The tracking number of orders shipped may take 24 business hours to become active on the courier company’s website.
Customers are requested to provide full address along with the flat and street number, pin code/zip code & correct contact number along a verified email id.
In the case of any request for address change or order change, customers are advised to give a request before the order ships from our warehouse or within 24 hours of placing orders otherwise two-way courier charges will be applicable to the customer.
We shall intimate by email, in the case of delay in shipping due to UN-availability of stock or due to unusual delay in dispatching an order.
All orders sent are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.
